Ryan Ceniga Announces for West Lane Commissioner
Blue Collar Dad with Deep Roots in West Lane Wants to Lead
(Junction City) Ryan Ceniga, a local blue-collar Dad and community leader, announced his candidacy for West Lane County Commissioner District 1. A resident of Junction City for nearly 40 years, Ceniga works for Eugene Water and Electric Board as a utility contractor. An active member of his community Ceniga is a member of the Junction City School Board, Lions Club and has coached many local athletic teams. As Commissioner, he will prioritize public safety and protect rural families & businesses.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to lead my community,” Ceniga states. “Our rural way of life is under attack from urban politicians. I believe attitude is everything. Lane County can shift our mentality into a culture of valuing our rural business owners and families. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty to protect our rural families. As your West Lane County Commissioner, I will be loyal to our rural communities.”
Ryan Ceniga lives in Junction City with his wife of 20 years, Brandi, and their two daughters, Faye and Emme. Ceniga serves on the Junction City School Board, Junction City Athletics Board and was previously the Vice President of the Lions Club. Also a current member of IBEW 659. West Lane County District 1 includes the communities of Santa Clara and a portion of the Bethel neighborhoods of Eugene, Dunes City, Florence, Junction City, Veneta, and the unincorporated towns of Lorane, Blachly, Mapleton, Elmira, Crow, Noti, and many others in between.
